Croquetas. mmm.

Croquetas are a common tapa in Spain and are served at many a restaurant. They usually have meat or seafood in them so sadly I hadn't been able to eat any.

That is - until I found an amazing restaraunt near mi casa that has 32 different kinds of croquetas. 32 kinds! This means they have vegetarian options!

I've only been there once and I had tomato cheese and cheese with nuts (I think they were walnuts). Both were delicious and I'm excited to go back and try more. This is the only place I've seen dessert croquetas (various fruits, dulce de leche, cafe, mmmmm).
